What is Keto diet?
The ketogenic diet is a very low carb, high fat diet. To achieve positive results, this diet has to be very low carbohydrates, high in dietary fat and include a moderate amount of proteins. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient burning fat for energy. Ketogenic diet can cause massive reductions in blood sugar, insulin and help with weight loss.

General Information :
Our meal plan has been developed after careful study and detailed Macros & Calorie calculations in order to ensure optimal weight loss success.
The traditional KETO is 75% fat / 20% Proteins / 5% Carbs- The pie cart below the menu will indicate how close we are to the average suggested on a weekly basis. We feel you don’t need to be at the exact amounts in order to see results. However, there are ways to ensure your fat intake is higher if you feel necessary.
Besides the fact that you are adhering to KETO macro guidelines, you are also consuming less than 2,000 calories each day which is wonderful.
It is IMPERATIVE that you consume at least 1 gallon of water a day! You must stay hydrated on this diet.

Besides doing the Keto diet many usually also like the benefits of fasting. It is common for many to combine both for even better results. If you choose to fast you can select the amount of hours of your fast. I particularly am fasting from 8pm until Noon that is a 16 hour fast. Below are the benefits of fasting added to your diet.

Delivery & Order Deadlines:
Friday before 5pm – All orders need to be in for next Monday delivery.
Food deliveries are scheduled for Sundays and Tuesdays between 4pm - 8pm. Your delivery time can vary depending on the route. You will receive a notification from the driver prior to delivery.
